As women we spend roughly one-half of our lives in perimenopause and menopause. So why aren't we talking about how to make it magical?

There's no avoiding certain facts of life, we all get older. Our bodies change. No matter how fit, how healthy, or how determined you are, if you have ovaries, you will experience (peri) menopause.

Our bodies are always responding to two things: what's happening inside them and what's happening outside them.
